The TCD Trust has teamed up with a UK charity: Schools-4-Schools. The Trust is acts as their on-the-ground agents, identifying projects, overseeing operations and allocating funding.

Schools-4-Schools have been given a mandate by Maskew Miller Longman to build as many community libraries as possible, which they will fully stock with books. The TCD Trustees has facilitated meetings with government representatives to discuss acquisition of land for the building of libraries.
