The TCD Trust have bins which are currently placed at participating Hostels and Guest Houses around Cape Town, into which guests may place unwanted clothing, etc on their departure.
These bins fill up amazingly fast and we then pass the clothing on to the Red Cross, who distribute it to the needy.
Anyone interested in keeping a bin at their establishment or to donate goods can contact the Trust.

I will be staying at the Sheraton Arabella with a tour group in July. Do you know if the clothing bins for the trust are located there, or if there are bins nearby?

As far as I know, the Sheraton does not have the TCD Trust clothing bins.
But if you chat to their reception staff, they might have their own charity they support.
Alternatively ask the receptionists to contact Grass Route Tours - the township tour company’s drivers will be able to collect any donations you have.
